Droëwors and Veggie Skewers

Ingredients:

  • Droëwors

  • Bell peppers (assorted colors)

  • Red onion

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill.

  2. Cut the droëwors into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Thread the droëwors, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.

  4. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Grill until vegetables are tender and droëwors is heated through.
