Ingredients:
Biltong, thinly sliced
Mixed stir-fry vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
Soy sauce
Garlic, minced
Ginger, grated
Sesame oil
Cooked rice or noodles
Instructions:
In a wok or large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
Add biltong slices and stir-fry until slightly browned.
Add the mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry until they are tender-crisp.
Pour in soy sauce, toss everything together, and serve over cooked rice or noodles.
