Biltong and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • Large mushrooms

  • Cream cheese

  • Biltong, finely chopped

  • Fresh herbs (parsley, chives)

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and place them on a baking sheet.

  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, finely chopped biltong, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.

  4. Stuff each mushroom with the biltong and cheese mixture.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
