Ingredients:
Large mushrooms
Cream cheese
Biltong, finely chopped
Fresh herbs (parsley, chives)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and place them on a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, finely chopped biltong, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each mushroom with the biltong and cheese mixture.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
