When Will I Receive My Order?We offer express shipping for all orders within South Africa. You can expect delivery within the same day to 4 working days after we receive your payment. Once your order has been packed and fulfilled, you will receive an automated email notifying you that your package is on its way.

How Should I Store My Biltong?For dryer climates, biltong can be stored in recyclable kraft paper bags and kept in a cool, dry place, such as a cupboard. In humid climates, it's best to store biltong in the same kraft paper bags but keep them in the fridge. For extended storage periods of up to three months, biltong can be stored in a plastic bag in the freezer. After taking the biltong out of the freezer, it should thaw within an hour and be ready to eat at your preferred temperature.

How Are Orders Packaged?Each order is carefully hand-picked and packed in traditional, breathable, and recyclable kraft paper bags, which help extend the shelf life to 10-15 days. However, for the best flavor, moisture, and taste, we recommend consuming our biltong within 3-5 days.

How Can We Pay?We offer quick online checkout through our payment partner. If you prefer, you can also use EFT, but please note that your order will only be processed once the payment has been confirmed. For direct EFTs, please email us at brooklynbiltong1999@gmail.com

What Ingredients Are Used In The Biltong?We exclusively use preservative-free salt, pepper, coriander, brown vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and premium sustainable beef.

How Do I Make Changed To An Order I Already Placed?Feel free to reach out to us at brooklynbiltong1999@gmail.com to inquire about our services. Please note that there is typically a 15-30 minute window between placing an order and when it is packed and dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once the order has left our premises.

What Do I Do If I Want An Exchange/Refund?Please note that due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges as per our Return Policy, except under the following conditions: 1. An email must be sent to brooklynbiltong1999@gmail.com within 30 minutes of receiving your order. 2. The email must include images of the received package, the product, and the issues that are clearly visible. 3. The item must be uneaten and weigh the same as when it was received. 4. The package must be returnable in its original packaging. Additionally, at least one of the following issues must have occurred: - The product was inedible (e.g., raw, too dry, or containing mold) according to Brooklyn Biltong's discretion. - The product weighed more than 10% less than the agreed purchasable weight. - The product contained foreign objects.
